EQBands & Biomechanics Clinic with Sophia Conlon
Join us for something a bit different!
We’re excited to welcome Sophia Conlon, an Intermediate event rider, accredited EQBands coach, UKCC Level 2 coach, and Level 3 Personal Trainer, for a Biomechanics & EQ Bands clinic designed to refine your position and enhance your horse’s way of going.
Sophia specialises in rider biomechanics, helping equestrians of all levels improve symmetry, balance, and effectiveness in the saddle. By fine-tuning your posture and movement, she helps unlock better communication, performance, and harmony between horse and rider.
